Reviews for Urban Crave - Orlando
Review highlights
Based on 414 reviewsUrban Crave is recognized for offering a convenient and vibrant dining option within Orlando Airport, particularly favored by travelers seeking a casual stop between flights. The restaurant's atmosphere is described as lively yet cozy, fitting well within the busy terminal setting. Guests commonly praise the flavorful menu items, including popular sandwiches and breakfast options, though some note that the cuisine tends to be satisfactory rather than exceptional. Service generally receives positive remarks for being friendly and efficient despite the high traffic typical of airport locations. While prices are acknowledged as on the higher side—a common airport trend—the overall experience is appreciated for its balance of quality, convenience, and inviting ambiance, making Urban Crave a dependable choice for airport dining.
A nice little convenient bar at the middle of gates 1-9 in terminal 8. I wanted a code that wasn’t Starbucks- they have breakfast in the morning until 10:30am, but apparently serve coffee (with kalhua ) all day! Service was good, place was convenient.
Uniquely wonderful! In the midst of all the hustle and chaos we found ourselves at A small and dim, but very vibrant place! The Urban Crave, across from our gate with Spirit airlines. Our experience was an EXPERIENCE, but in a good way, our bartender wasn't very welcoming (maybe the busyness of the airport) but our drinks were delightful and our food was delicious. We ordered the flatbread a bloody mary and the kisses cosmo, came up to a little over 50.00. Pricey but expected it's an airport.
I experienced great service. In between connecting flights. The airport restaurant/bar is located near gates 4-7 (Spirit Airlines) area of Orlando airport. Place was packed and four bartenders were hopping. Funky Buddha beer and a turkey club with potato chips. Expensive yes but what isn’t at the airport? Again service was fast friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed. Everything had great flavor. If I was hungry thirsty and looking for something I would definitely come here over the only other nearby option of Burger King. Keep in mind you will pay a lot.
Let’s be real—I wasn’t expecting a five-star dining experience in an airport, but I did check the Google reviews before deciding, and with a 4.0 rating, Urban Crave seemed like the best bet compared to the others nearby. I went with the roast beef sandwich, chips, and a lemonade. The sandwich was... okay—nothing memorable, but it filled the gap. Chips were standard and safe. The lemonade, though, was oddly bland. I’m still not sure if it was lemonade or just citrus-tinted water. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the location (airport food is what it is), but be warned—the wait is no joke. I had plenty of time to observe the scenery while waiting 30–45 minutes for my order… and there were only five people in the place. I looked back at the older reviews and yep—the slow service is definitely a recurring theme. Can’t imagine what the delay would be like when it’s busy. Bottom line: It’s passable airport food if you’ve got time to burn, but don’t roll in here 20 minutes before boarding and expect to make your gate.
